Design Leaders' Roundtables are Qvik's exclusive events for individuals leading their company's design initiatives. We cordially invite you to experience diverse forms of peer support, engage in discussions about the intricacies of design leadership, and collectively exchange insights and experiences.
What to expect
Our next gathering will be arranged on Thursday after work on February 26, 2026 at the Qvik Kamppi office at Urho Kekkosen katu 5 C.
The theme of our conversations and the keynote will be Design AI in 2026: Agents at your service. The discussion will be led by an independent design AI consultant, Matias Vaara, who delighted our audience a year ago with several insights about generative AI. This year, we dive into the next wave of AI: agents – and how they might affect design operations in 2026.
The doors open at 4.30 pm, and we will provide a light dinner before a keynote for all registered participants. The keynote starts at 5 pm sharp. We expect the roundtable talks to conclude by, at the latest, 6.30 pm, after which we will host networking until 7 pm.

Keynote speaker:
Matias Vaara
After 15 years in strategic design, Matias now guides companies' AI transformations from readiness to innovation. A former Design Director at Idean (now part of Frog), he brings enterprise expertise to AI adoption. His recent work with KONE, Futurice, and Siili focuses on AI capability building, strategic advisory and innovation. Matias shares AI design insights through his newsletter, Amplify.
